1. Shipping Locations

  • SHRUGS currently ships across India.
  • We deliver to most serviceable PIN codes through trusted courier partners.
  • International shipping is currently unavailable.

Many Indian fashion brands currently offer domestic-only shipping during early growth stages.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Processing includes:
    • Order verification
    • Quality check
    • Packaging
    • Courier dispatch

Processing timelines commonly range from 1–4 working days for clothing brands.


3. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–8 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary during:

  • Sales
  • Festivals
  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier delays
  • High-order periods

Typical Indian apparel delivery timelines range between 3–10 business days.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • Orders below ₹999 may include a small shipping fee displayed at checkout.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges may apply.

Many D2C clothing brands use minimum-order thresholds for free shipping.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
    • Tracking ID
    • Courier details
    • Tracking link via SMS/email

You can track your order in real time through the courier partner’s website.


6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Incorrect address
    • Unreachable phone number
    • Customer unavailability

the package may be returned to us (RTO).

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.


7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Opened/tampered
  • With missing items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Photos/videos
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

After verification, SHRUGS will arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


8. Delays Beyond Our Control

While we try our best to deliver on time, SHRUGS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Strikes
  • Lockdowns
  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Incorrect customer details

9. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available for selected locations.
  • SHRUGS reserves the right to disable COD for:
    • High-risk orders
    • Repeated failed deliveries
    • Certain PIN codes

Many D2C founders report higher RTO risks with COD orders in some regions.
